Implementation of surveys.
We thank the "Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla" for providing us the tools to do this research, and also to the Faculty of Business Administration.
Our world population will be students of the seventh and eighth semester of Business Administration. The sample was randomly selected, will be a nonrandom sample because the items were selected according to characteristics of research and in this case students of Business Administration, they will be located inside the cafeteria located on the premises of the university.
The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 6 questions which will help us know if our hypothesis is true or not.

Important questions.

Do you know Douglas Mc Gregor?

Yes 63 %
No 27 %
Total 100 %
70% of students said yes and 30% answered no.

Do you know his theories?

Yes 40 %
No 60 %
Total 100 %
40% of students answered yes and 60% answered no.

At doing the list of results we realized some deficiencies since despite knowing Douglas Mc Gregor, students don’t know what he did on benefit of the administration.
The goals, general and specific, were achieved because we obtained the results that we were searching for.
What it was not achieved was hypothesis that said “If students from the Business Administration Faculty know Douglas Mc Gregor then they know his theories”, since it was showed that they know him but most of them do not know about his theories.
This research analyzed the knowledge that the students from the Faculty of Business Administration of UPAEP about Douglas Mc Gregor and the benefits that he has given to it. The research shows the most of students know Douglas Mc Gregor, however they don’t know about his work, which confirms that they can’t be applied to their career unless they know about theories “X” and “Y”.
We conclude that if students knew more about this they would have more tools to apply to their career in the future, that’s why we recommend them not to be closed to knowledge and to research more about this character who can bring benefits in the future.
